S&S Online Store and Shipping Policy

Due to the fragile nature of our goods, it is imperative that we put extra time, care and shipping materials into each of our orders.

If you would like a product posted internationally, please contact us at hi@stuffandstuff.co for a quote.

We aim to ship within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will advise our customers within two days if goods are not available.

Standard domestic shipping times with Australia Post are estimated at 1 - 4 business days

S&S Exchange Policy

Stuff and Stuff does not issue refunds for change of mind. Exchanges can be made by emailing hi@stuffandstuff.co within 14 business days of receiving the goods. The customer will be required to cover the cost of return postage and any required postage for the new item. We will exchange for other items or a credit note of the same value minus postage cost.


Please ensure that you type in the correct code when placing your order with a promo code. Unfortunately, we are unable to change your order or discount it after it has been placed.


Stuff and Stuff does not take responsibility for any breakages after the order has been delivered in good condition. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left our studio or due to any circumstances beyond our control.


Our sales are processed securely by a third party service, Pay Pal. We encourage you to review the Pay Pal privacy policy before finalising your transaction through our website.


We accept no liability for any damages caused to you or your property as a result of the use or misuse of our products. 

We recommend you use a saucer under any planters and do not place planters or vases on any valuable surface without a protective layer.
